I just came from visiting a family friend... I wouldn't keep a loved one there if their life depended on it! There was only one aide to forty something residents, the whole place reeked of urine, residents bells were going off while the aide was bathing another person... My only thought was: what if there is a fall? My friend is going to be laying on the floor bleeding for quite some time! This place has went downhill since reverend west sold it!

For my wife to change her mothers S.S. and address West heaven is responsable to notify S.S. that she is no longer a resadent at there facielty.It has been over a mounth and they have not done there job so now we can not change her address or do anything. We have tried to get there business number in Butler but they refuse to give us the number. UNDER NO REASON WOULD I EVER TRUST WEST HEAVEN WITH MY FRIENDS OR RELATIVES. They wont even give you a phone number how could you trust them to do anything else??? I am not afriad to leave my name or phon number but you can get it from my facebook page
