Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And my drapes that she altered were late to be finished. I went back once more to give her another chance with a sports coat alteration and she did nothing but complain that I was a few minutes late in a driving severe thunderstorm. Interesting that when I'm late it's a problem but not when she was. Very nasty and unprofessional attitude. Will not go back and suggest you do not waste your time.
