Same experience with a dishwasher, they completely misdiagnosed a clogged hose that was easy to find if they knew what they were doing, beware! Also check out BBB, numerous complaints!!

BEWARE! This company advised us that a part on the dryer needed to be replaced. Cost was $225. Also provided a 90 day warranty. When the dryer again had the same problem a month later, they would not return our calls or emails. Had another appliance repairman come and determined that the part that was supposedly replaced by Steve's Appliance, had actually never been replaced. The original, worn part was still there. Steve's also removed several screws and never replaced them and dented our dryer. Check out their review on BBB which is an "F" due to non-response on numerous claims. This says it all!
