They did a terrible job on a beautiful antique ring we took in for cleaning and fitting. They polished it so much (we specifically asked to not polish, only clean as we like the patina of old gold) that it lost most of the details that made this ring so beautiful. When I pointed out that this wasn't what we wanted they just shrugged and said well you owe us___$ for polishing and fitting. Will never take another piece of jewelry there again.
