June 2015 we dealt with this company through our home warranty policy. They were dishonest, unprofessional, rude and lied to the home warranty company about access issues. Do yourself a favor, same yourself a headache and use someone else. We called another company who came on a Monday and had a new unit installed by Wednesday with no access issues. Two weeks in triple digit heat dealing with JJ's Fire and Ice was enough for us to realize they are not a good company to deal with or have do any work. We also left a complaint with our home warranty company. Just sharing this information so maybe someone else can be spared the headaches we endured with JJ's Fire and Ice.

My air conditioning went out Wednesday night with temperatures supposed to hit 100 the next day. I called my home warranty co American Homeshield about 6 pm Wed night & they told me that I would receive a call from JJ's Fire & Ice the next morning which I did. The dispatcher said someone would be out between 2 & 6 that afternoon & he would call when he was on the way. The repairman called me at approx 2:10 pm & was at my home within 15 minutes. He assessed the problem & had the parts to repair it with him. My air was up & running by 3 p.m. Great job!!! Serviceman was very nice & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend JJ's. Not having a choice by having to go through American Homeshield was not a problem because JJ's is great.

I called to schedule a repair because this is the only company my home warranty uses. The phone line had a busy signal for over 30 minutes and when they finally answered I was put on hold for 10 minutes. My ac unit went out on Monday morning and they couldn't get out to repair it until Wednesday between 2 and 5 pm. I had to take the day off work to be home for the repair. I received a call at 430 on Wednesday saying the technician was running a little late but would be to my house this evening. No one ever showed up to my house nor called to reschedule.

Notably good service experience

This company came out in a timely manner and instead of pushing to spend alot of money, gave me options for a quick fix, a solution that would last me till next year and what would be the most cost effective. I really felt they were honest and wanted what was best for my A/C situation.
