I was calling around trying to find a place to get my sewing machine fixed. But Chris help me troubleshoot over the phone and I didn’t even have to take my machine for repair he told me how to fix it over the phone. I really appreciate the service this company and owner provided. Thanks Chris

I called to request service for our central vacuum system. Although we were hours away, the gentleman on the phone took over 15 minutes on the phone with me giving me troubleshooting ideas to see if we could resolve the problem without calling out a technician to do repairs that might not be needed. We followed his suggestions and found the problem was an air leak in the handle of the hose mechanism. His assistance and willingness to share expertise were priceless!!!! Would recommend him highly -- great integrity and knowledge!

Chris is the best!! He was able to fix my vacuum quickly and was very friendly. His prices are fair and he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend his shop to anyone.

Brought wife's Singer sewing machine in. He tightened the lever for the foot, lubed it, and gave us some great advice on maintenance. He is very knowledgeable , personable, and more than fair on pricing. Will definitely go back anytime we need sewing machine or vacuum repairs.

I had a vacuum that was spitting out more dust than it picked up. I called a few other places for quotes, and Henry's was by far the best. Friendly, expert service, and the price was great. There was one minor part the owner didn't have on hand, so he made it for me while we chatted. In and out in about 10 minutes with a perfectly functional vacuum!

I first purchased a refurbished vacuum from Henry's in 2012. Three years later, it still works as well as the day I picked it up! The only thing I needed to replace was a hepa filter and belt. Henry had both of them in stock and replaced them while I waited. He has always been courteous and I have recommended him to my friends. I am so grateful he has been cured of his recent illness...we plan on being his Faithful customers for a long time!

I spoke to (who I later found out) was the owner on the phone. I told him the make & model and took my vacuum in for a hose replacement under the assumption I could have it done in one day. He said the labor for replacing the hose would be free and I would just have to pay for the hose. After I got there, he took a look at it and said it was different than he thought, he would have to charge me for some labor and said that it couldn't be completed until after the weekend. I explained that I had told him what my vacuum model was, and that if he couldn't do it then then could I just buy the hose. He threw his illness in my face and then proceeded to tell me there was no way I could replace it myself, "don't you get it?". I was stunned when he continued to yell at me and told me to take my business elsewhere. If he is that sick, he needs to stay home and feel sorry for himself, but he doesn't need to deal with the paying public. I was a return customer, never again will I recommend

Phone number works just fine and I was able to get a belt mailed to me in just 1 day. I have a Beam (built into the walls) vac and the owner had these hard to find belts in stock. The postage was almost as much as the belts LOL, I was expecting to pay way more!!
