I ordered flowers for my mother online. Not only were they delivered wilted, they were nothing like what I had actually ordered. My granddaughter could have put together a better arrangement. When I called to complain, the man was so extremely rude I was taken aback. Usually, someone will try and make it right. He went out to my mom's house picked up the flowers, added a few more wilted flowers and returned the same one's. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Used twice.. once for Mother's day and the next for a birthday.First time had issues after the 2nd day, reported it to the shop and the offered assistance if the arrangement was brought in. My mom was treated rudely and handed some loose flower stems as a replacement. (of course.. she didn't say anything to me until AFTER I sent her birthday flowers with the same experience) Go elsewhere.

I recently received cut flowers in a small square vase, which at first looked ok until a few hours later when I noticed the flowers were dying. It was as if someone had snipped (too short) a handful of flowers and just threw them into this tiny square glass jar and stuck a balloon in there. Well, I wondered if maybe the order was overlooked and then realized they had to get it out quick. Because I hadn't received them until 6pm at night on my Birthday. It wasn't at all nicely done as you would expect for the amount of money that was spent on the flowers, I may as well have bought them in a supermarket and threw them in a vase myself. Which I myself would of taken more time with them to make them look nice and at least be able to sit in the water. The flowers were too bunched up and very sloppy....to say the least I am not happy with this particular flower shop. I suggested to who bought them, don't anymore, they are just not worth the money.
