Outrageous prices, Rude front desk, and I didn't know it then, but the rude desk clerk misinformed me about the price I would be paying. She said my insurance would cover it - which it would have if their prices weren't so out of line. I found out too late they are supposed to give you a written estimate. If I had seen an estimate I would have run not walked out! I get the bill - most tests were 4X the cost of other labs. I end up owing $500.00. Try to call their billling dept. for itemized bill. They "record you." They try to keep you in the dark about what they are billing you for and make you jump through hoops to get an itemized bill - even though they expect you to pay it. Always get an estimate first!
