Mark and Cynthia Jordan were referred to me by a friend who spoke of how professional and helpful they were in helping him make an important real estate decision. They helped me rent my home very quickly in the summer of 2014. I felt very confident leaving my home in their hands. They seemed more competent and knowledgeable than other property managers/real estate brokers that I had worked with in the past and committed to serving my interest. In March of this year I listed my home for sale with them while I remained out-of-state. The whole process was much smoother and stress free than I could have imagined. I was always informed of steps in the process and important issues. They were always available. Their staff assistant Tracy also was receptive, responsive and warm . They worked very hard to find the right buyer for my home. I never had to return to California in the process and my home sold for more than the asking price. Top notch. Wonderful to work with.

When I was looking for a home in summer 2012, I found Mark through a search on Realtor.com looking for people with particular certifications. After interviewing me, Mark suggested I look at a house. I fell in love with it immediately. Throughout the process from first look to getting the keys and afterwards, Mark and Cynthia made everything go smoothly. He really knows the area. I have only the highest opinion of them as both nice people and as professionals. I just phoned to ask a question related to home maintenance, and was quite surprised when Cynthia recognized my voice on the phone, told me it was a pleasure working with me, and asked how I was doing in the home. Wow.
