Provided by YP.comA friend told me about this place, so I went to check it out. The staff was very warming and nice. The storage complex is run on solar which I really liked. Their prices are better than Public storage, and with a more nice staff and more personable. All around GREAT place, and I would highly suggest them to everyone with storage needs!

Provided by YP.comI have had my belongings in 3 units at Antioch Mini Storage and I have always felt safe here. The facilities are clean and the location is so accessible right off the freeway. The pricing is fair and I think this is a great place to keep your belonging secure!

Provided by YP.comWe just returned from antioch mini storage and we suddenly have missing items. What is going on Antioch Mini Storage there was a file box and suddenly antique dishes and glassware missing from the storage. It was less than a week ago that went through the inventory in our storage and items are missing. The guy at the front desk is acting like he has no idea what I am talking about. Stay away from here consumers, the front desk clerk has missing teeth and looks suspicious. I will not rest til this matter is resolved.
I am the property manager and this is the first I have heard of this. We do a daily space audit to check the security of each unit. Tenants bring their own locks in to use, so we do not have access to the units. I am very concerned as this was not brought to my attention. How can I resolve an issue that was not borught to my attention. If you felt the man in the office wasn't concerned why didn't you ask for his Manager? I am sorry this is how you feel. We have been running this storage for almost five years and strive to give good customer service and to treat other how we want to be treated. I know almost all of our 400+ tenants and we live on site. I want to property to be safe and secure for all. Please come in and talk to me if you have any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

Provided by YP.comI rented a U-haul 1 way that I dropped here and also got a storage unit here 10 months later. These guys are friendly and not corporate jerks. There's a real benefit from renting from these guys because you can feel the difference from them being a small business. The deals are also the best in the area. I'm very happy to have found them. Units are set up nicely all ground level with well designed gutters to prevent your unit ever getting wet. The area is also fairly secure-feeling as there are other storage places flanking either side of the facility. I'm extremely satisfied.
