I contacting them regarding a project for a common road in my neighborhood. It was hard to find other contractors in the Gainesville area who were interested in paving a 1000 foot road due to all of the other construction work going on in this city. James met with myself and my neighbors to provide exactly what we needed. His quote was timely, follow up was excellent. Unfortunately, due to no fault of his, we have some neighbors who refuse to contribute to the project, making it unmanageable for the ones who are willing. I would hire him immediately if it were under my control. We are not hiring anyone. In the future, I do plan to use him for maintenance/upgrade of my personal driveway. Just need to resolve the common road first.
