Me and my husband went through the drive drive through and it took seven minutes to place our order, And after we paid. A man named Jessie got our drinks wrong then gave us one of the drink with liquid dripping down the cup,We had to ask him to wipe it off and give us paper napkins and a exra cup. Awful customer service at this location.. Needs improvements asap.

We will never go back to this Starbucks again! We stop at Starbucks on an average of once a day. Every time we visit this location the place is filthy! Coffee always spilled out front, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, sticky floors, overflowing garbage cans. When you point out these things to the staff they act like it's no big deal. It is the same every time we go. We thought we would avoid this by using the drive thru one day. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our drinks (turned out to be the wrong drinks) and over 30 minutes the second time we went. No one even bothered saying sorry. All they said was they were down to 1 machine and low staffed. We pointed out that we were in the drive thru for 30 minutes and all the lady said was "actually I took your order only 23 minutes ago" (Not taking in consideration of course that it took over 10 minutes just to get to the order screen!) Nice of her to pick an argument wih me though. It's worth the 5 minute drive to go to another location. We will not be going back here.
