Center High School, located in Antelope, Calif., is operated by the Center Unified School District. It enrolls more than 1,640 students and places a strong emphasis on academic achievement. The school offers programs in media communication, the award-winning yearbook and the informative Blue & Gold Student Newspaper. It provides a comprehensive curriculum that also includes vocational courses. The school has a counseling department and the Touchdown Alumni Club that supports its football teams in all their endeavors by raising money for the program, hosting events for the players and parents and supplying volunteers for all football activities. The school also operates a cafeteria and has a parent-teacher organization to support various programs and activities of the school.
