A one star because you can't go lower. Called and made an appointment for the next afternoon. Joe said the number was his cell phone and could I email him my address so he would have that and my phone number for the next day. I took off work for the afternoon. No show. At 5:15 I called and left a message. No return call that evening or the next day. Awful business practice.

Their trucks and information on the web stats that they work with Commercial companies, but when I called they stated they were not interested in my jobs I had for them, kind of rudely. Maybe they are not a good company for commercial companies? miss leading and disappointing.

Honest and professional from start to finish. These guys are great. Their work was excellent and they were quick. They cleaned up after themselves very well, also.

What I paid them to reroute both the hot and cold water throughout my house was $700 less than another plumber estimated to just reroute the hot. APC is the first place I'll call if I ever need more work done.
