Our Holiday Rambler motorhome was at Camping World for 3 weeks waiting on an estimate. Called several times but could never get an update. Finally was told they had made a mistake and added parts to my invoice for another customer and had not started on my coach but now they say the slide will have to be removed with 20 hours of labor plus parts. I just had a different slide done at Lazy Days in less than for hours. I just picked the motorhome up and will take to someone who know what they are doing. Was charge $143.00 for an estimate and got nothing in return. I will tell my friends not to use the location to purchase or repairs. Terrible service.

BE WARN. It you are on I-20 in Oxford Alabama (do not stop) at this store.this store is the story line off deliverance.the service department has no knowledge of how an RV work.and you are there

Worst buying experience one could imagine. Negotiated a price that I specifically asked that sales tax be included because we lived out of state, wanted all of the finial part completed. Once we got the title two months later I was responsible for the sales tax when I went to get the tag. Very disappointed in the experience and will never deal with them again. We were also lied to about the cost of the hitch and labor. If you choose them with a cash purchase be aware of the paper work with a fine tooth comb. I have now been told with a cash purchase they don't collect sales tax but I was told my price included it. Go figure! Very dishonest establishment. ...BEWARE IF YOU MAKE A CASH PURCHASE!

Camping World is A large, nice facility, but Not A Good Place to go for RV repair Parts, they carry more accessories!

Also, staff could be more knowledgeable & helpful, & RV Labor is High & Takes Forever!! Never have what your needing!
