Although we suffered the loss of our child, we found Larry Reese to be extremely compassionate, available, human and caring to all our needs. He also, alone with the secretary gave us helpful hints on how to contact the Philadelphia Embassy and have some ashes of our son be returned to Italy and entombed with my mom. It was not an easy task, but he followed up with us and went out of his way to help. Our son was only 30, and passed of sudden death, on December 26 of this year will be one year we have lost him.
