Lucked on to this place the first day they were opened. The restaurant is attractive, well lit and spacious. The staff was pleasant and very attentive. The food selection was somewhat more limited than in some buffets but far more than adequate. The sushi bar had an ample selection of well made and very,very tasty. The Minchin was different from what I was used to but absolutely delicious. The sweet and sour soup was also delicious. Oddly no wonton soup was offered.The main entrees were very well done. Only one problem. The sparring were presented as a rack which had to be carved. This was bit more difficult than expected. Still very worth the effort.I do not set the bar very high when it comes to Chinese food but even if I did so this place would pass with flying collars.I will definitely be back on a regular basis.
