Consigned 14 items. She sold 3. Went to pick up the remaining items and only found 1. Went to the owner to ask about the other 10 items and she said, "I don't know what to tell you". Simple explanation really... 10 items were either shoplifted, someone made an error when labeling the items or the items were sold and they kept the money. I guess they are not accustomed to people picking up their items after the allotted consigned time but rather leaving them to be donated.

So, after some back and forth, I said to the owner, "Let me get this straight... are you saying that out of 14 items, 10 were shoplifted"? and she said, "Yes, that is what I am saying." Then she said, "I have been doing this for 35 years and NO ONE has ever been unhappy with my services." I answered, "so, I'm the first person ever to have a problem" and she responded straight faced, "Yes, you can go check". So, I did and hopefully you will too.

I've been consigning with Return to Oz for almost 20 years now. They offer great selection & are always easy & friendly to deal with. I was recommended them from a neighbor who has used them for quite some time. She got recommended to use them as well.
