I have been a customer of merchant pro for over 8 years maybe longer. I have always had great experiences the few times I have needed customer service. Very gracious, hardworking, and fantastic to deal with.

I know it is not everyday you'd write a positive review about any business in the financial industry, but I have to say that Merchant PRO did save me over $500 per month. Those girls in the office are so sweet. When you call them, a live person answers the phone! Thank you!

This is an unethical company. Beware. Do not trust what they tell you and read every contract.

Stay away from this company at all cost or it will cost you. I know of many businesses that have had horrible nightmare experiences with Merchant Pro. They will promise you one thing then charge you another and when you go to cancel - whamoooo a huge cancellation fee. Especially stay away from their salesman Barry Stiefel.
