I've had three types of cakes from Tiffany's. After hearing great things about them, I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. I asked for a plain chocolate cake with chocolate icing. The lady was actually very rude and impatient and didn't listen to what I was asking for. She acted like I was bothering her. I ended up getting something that wasn't what I expected or asked for which was very disappointing for my daughter's first birthday cake. It was too grown-up for a child's birthday. The cake was a little dry for my taste, the ganache (which I didn't want) was rich and good and the icing was very delicious.



I've also tried the mocha cake which was very good and the black forest cake which I didn't particularly enjoy. Again, dry cake and delicious icing. My sister-in-law loves their cake and said she's received friendly service, but I'm not impressed. I don't think I'll go there again.
