Okay so i guess i should have gotten the bbq like everyone else, but my mom and i came in and i thought it was such a cute place. Made me feel like i was in korea again. But when the server came up she asked if we wanted cold or hot tea; we asked for cold. She brought out hot. I didnt really mind, she must have misheard... but after asking her 2 more times and she even repeated it, she still didnt bring any. We had to ask a busboy for a glass. Then we ordered kalchi and the kimchijigae combo and half of the kalchi came out soggy, bland, and not fresh. The kimchijigae wasnt that bad... we also ordered the chongookjang... omg that was so gross. It tasted like what wet dog smells like. I usually loveee chonggookjang. But man did they miss the mark on that. We told our server about the kalchi and she seemed downright annoyed with us and took it... she brought it back... after we had finished eating and she offered to wrap it up for us. Another server stopped by and she was a bit younger but she was sweet and much more attentive than our actual server. We looked around and everyone got the bbq. Maybe they just specialize in that. We got our check and we left... oh and our server still had not come back with a box for the kalchi. But oh well. Overall- this place has much potential to be a great place... but as for right now i would not recommend it to anyone.
