I received hearing aids in 2012 for $2400. At the time they promised free batteries forever. When I ordered batteries, I never received them. When I called and requested they send me additional batteries, Claudia screamed at me stating " she wasn't going to mail me additional batteries" until the time had expired. Finally the light went on... it's a gimmick for them to get you to come back in. Why wern't the batteries sent out automatically if they're "free". I won't be back.
