I had damage from a hit & run and MCP fixed it. The damage on the outside was fixed nicely. When my husband dropped off the van he specifically said that we needed update information on when we would get our van back. We never used the previous business because there was no communication and didn't get our vehicle back when promised. MCP knew this in advance and told us we would have it back Wednesday or Thursday. No problem...except...

We never received our vehicle back til Monday. Nobody called...it made me upset especially after my husband had told them about our previous experience with the last company we dealt with. To top it all off, the counsel in the middle of the front seats as deep scuffs marks that weren't there before and also on the side of the radio counsel. They never said a word about it. I'm assuming when they vacuumed inside the van it got damaged then. I wouldn't use this company again
