Went in last night and had a helpful experience. I picked up some oil and a filter and a speed sensor that I needed. The night shift guys helped me out were very nice and respectful had no issues with them. I signed up for a rewards card and was told they can look up my car by scanning the card or typing in the phone number.However I came in this morning to see if they had a speed cable for the same car. I walked in they asked "how can I help you" i said "I'd like to match up this part" he the replies "you need to match a what with a who?" The other salesmen begins singing and spreading his arms out side to side "we need the part to the part" almost felt like they were mocking me. I gave the guy my number and he grabbed his chin like "why would I need your number" then commenting about my clothing with question. I asked him if he was still waking up? He replied "I'm 5 miles ahead of you" I said "oh really do you have the part he said uh no I said bye!" Across the street autozone was able to order the part for me which is something I was willing to do with Orileys if they would of handled customers and business with a professional attitude. Very poor experience. I may look younger then these guys but as a professional mechanic and a flat out paying customer I felt like these guys were not there to work, help, nor accomplish anything. Felt like they talked down to me and were mocking me. All I needed was for him to inform me if he had the part in stock or if he could get it today that's it. No games, no jokes, no disrespectful mocking.

What a nice experience! Ronald and Nathan helped me with my Ford Expedition. Ronald was so diligent and helpful! Thank you so much guys!!
