I dropped my suit off with packard Cleaners and pointed out that it required spot cleaning. The suit was navy blue trimmed in white. The owner assured me that he would spot clean, no problem instead when I returned to pick my suit up (the owner said nothing) and I noticed that the navy bled into the white trim. The suit is ruined. They still expect me to pay for the cleaning ($10.00) after he admits that he cleaned it 3 times to get the color out of the white trim and that it was the product he used to clean it with which produce this result. The suit is a material that normally is not capable of bleeding. I would like Packard Cleaners to replace my suit and return it to me. I have my receipt for the suit and it angers me that they will not take ANY responsiblility. I am severely disappointed in the poor service I received and the fact that they call themselves professional dry cleaners.
