tl;dr Sales staff aggressive, not considerate of customer needs. Go somewhere else.



To put things into perspective, I made a yelp account just so I could write this review and share my poor experiences.



Hit or miss with staff. Larry seems to be a good guy, not aggressive in his sales or service. Damon is okay. Old (white guy with mustache, gary or whatever) was not friendly at all.



One of several unpleasant encounters:

I did not like the quality of the stitching on the pants of a suit I wanted to buy. I requested that they order the same style suit for me; however, they declined and explained that it does not make sense for them to order another suit they already had on inventory. My dissatisfaction was with the particular suit and its poor craftsmanship, but it was wasted on deaf ears. He (Damon) said all the suits are the same and wrinkles are from the suit being on the hangar. Poor stitching is not caused by storage.



They did not meet the following at all:

I will not be returning to this store. I will be going to the store in the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit.
