I would Highly recommend this business. Josh and his crew keep my lawn in order, my driveway clear of snow and ice, do multiple repairs on my home, including but not limited to, repairing frozen/broke pipes, replace my toilet and garbage disposal, and yes, fixed issues caused by a not reputible contractor.
Believe me, these are honest, hardworking people.

Do not use this company-Not very professional! He repaired some wiring, broke the outlet cover & put a nightlight over the missing section. We could see into the outlet itself & covered it with electrical tape until we replaced the cover ourselves.Before we found they had broken & covered up the outlet,they came out & gave us an estimate on something else & we scheduled the work for the following week.The company never showed up, nor did they call to reschedule or cancel!!!

Josh comes through Again. Power issue with plug in heater . I call he walks me through it on phone. Boom power on. Plus Came by to see if all was working. Love This Company ! Soo Reliable. And Donated $100.00 to My Cat Rescue./ Neuter/ Cat Food. Thank So Much. For Always Coming Through. You Guys Rock..

Josh came on a very hot day to the cemetery to pour a foundation for my husband's grave.
He did such a great job. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He treated my small job as though it was a major project.

JL Warner is the only one to call in my book! I first called Josh for some minor repairs 5-6 years ago and decided that day I would call him for any and all repairs, maintenance etc. JL Warner has not only done minor repairs for me, but also installed a new roof, new furnace/AC unit, new floors etc after a serious leak under my house, a new bathroom, deck railings....and my list goes on. My lawn has never looked better since having Josh and crew maintain it and they are right on it with snow removal! Thanks for always being there JLWarner and for always doing an excellent job!

I met Josh and his crew on a bitter-cold Sunday morning. My furnace had gone out and I was in a panic! Josh came right out to help me - without extra charges too. During the insurance claim, he handled everything and documented enough that my insurance paid over double what they had proposed to me. He has worked on every room in my home since that first time. Quality, professional, and HONEST - JL Warner is the ONLY business I trust to do any job!!

Unhappy camper, when you called us you had just gotten your home as a fixer upper, the home sat for two years with no heat and not winterized, I apologize we could not replace all of the homes plumbing with the few hundred dollars you had available. I had already taken $100.00 off your bill. And it was you and your brother that called our office and used profanity.
