Don't end up learning the hard way, Don't move here if you:

1) have a car

2) plan on having company over who has a car

3) want to sub lease

4) don't like raccoons

5) want working air conditioning

6) want a reliable oven that doesn't smell strongly of gas when turned off

7) not fond of your shower randomly turning ice cold



This apartment complex clearly works with Stadium Towing Company. Even with a parking permit it's a $300 surprise once in a while.



You can't have a guests car parked here for very long with their parking rules, and they still might decide to tow it.



If you are planning to sub lease your apartment, the office will make it nearly impossible for you...



Office staff are rude most of the time. Maintenance men are lazy. Very hot in the summer. Window a/c unit hardly cools the apartment. Raccoons are always around (I used to think they are scared of people) ...Good Luck!



So if you're someone who enjoys randomly losing $300, loves office women on a power trip, likes raccoons chasing you, and wants to sweat all summer long, then this definitely is the place to be! Welcome Home :)
