They take the serve out of service for their mediocre coffee. Been in dozens of times. Half of those I get "I'll be with you in a minute" then wait four or five minutes before leaving empty-handed. It's worse when there's more than two employees behind the counter. All I want is a to-go cup to fill myself at one of the self-serve urns.

If I didn't have to be downstairs every week I wouldn't stop in at all. Whenever I see more than one person in line I don't even bother.
