Not happy with hospice (any of them really). They said they would go over moms care needs and show me things yet the admittance nurses just talked about each others day and then when it came time to get moms meds ordered the pharmacy was closed so I got "sorry that's the best we could do" well no if you had shown up when you were supposed to 2 hour ago then they would have been opened. Also supplies did not show up for a week so they used the supplies I purchased in the meantime! Nurse was suppose to be there on a Friday and she was a no call/no show! By the second week I had had enough and I basically turned them away. I had the meds to keep mom comfortable so I really didn't need them showing/not showing up attitude. Would not recommend hospice unless the person literally had days to live.

Please do NOT use this Hospice organization. They DO NOT return your phone calls! Hospice is supposed to provide comfort and care at the end stages of life and assist the family in the process but how can they do that if they do not communicate? My mother is supposed to be bathed 3 times a week yet her hair is always dirty! I guess an organization that has an entire section of their paperwork devoted to how to cancel their services and change to another should have told us something!
