This guy's work is way below average at best. He takes his time, working 2-3 hours per day, while you have torn up cement. His equipment is always broken down, at least that's his excuse. He doesn't do what you ask him to do and will argue with you about that. His initial prices are cheaper than most, but when you have to have someone redo his job that wasn't done correctly, it will end up costing twice as much! Just beware.
