Cons: ceilings falling in shower, cockroaches everywhere, thugs patrolling the parking lot, bunch of dope was found out back, cars revving their engines racing in the parking lot, you have to pay for parking, police sirens every 2 minutes across from department, some rooms full of Mexicans maybe 8-10 people with parties every other night, laundry rooms are trashy one has a homeless man sleeping in it, they cost twice as much as a washateria, poor insulation and AC/Heater= high bills.



Pros: located behind Kroger, good oven cooks chicken fast

Terrible management, old appliances in apartments, hvac system old and outdated causing electric bill to run through the roof. Not energy efficient, no parking. Just a terrible place to live. I do not recommend living here at all. The only friendly staff they had, they fired. Keys don't work on gates. Gate entry/exit are always broke and left open. Homeless people living in laundry room. Thugs and other shady type of people always coming in and out. Very noisy. Only thing this place has going for it is the location. But I highly suggest you look elsewhere for an apartment. Thanks
