It's not fair to complain about the ridiculous wait time or all the asinine rules/documentation needed for something simple- but it's really not that hard to be polite. One of the women was wonderful and bless her for trying to be helpful and kind. The rest of the employees were rude, dismissive, & acted like asking them a license related question was an insult. I get it it's probably a less than awesome job but no one forced you to take it so you might want to stop taking out your general unhappiness on everyone else.
