Great Customer Service and the product is quality!!!!!

I just used this business for my Wedding decorations. You do have to sign when you first make your order, when they dop off and for any changes you make in between, but it was always the same contract.They really do have a great front office staff that are very helpful with explaing the directions and giving other helpful information/ideas. I will go back for any future.

My band needed a PA system last minute, our original fell through. I called PPR and they worked with me, I was able to get a substantially larger PA system than we normally use! These guys are great, if I ever decide to throw a large party I'm definitely going to give them a call first.

EXCELLENT COMPANY! When it comes to Performance they mean it. They have the best equipment around. Highly recommend!!

This company is one in a million!! They are awesome! They not only help your plan your event and suggest color ideas and choices but they actually go out and do the decorating! They turned the image in my head into a beautiful reality!!

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I prepaid a couple of months ahead and they overbooked the weekend of our event. The office staff tried to pressure me to change my delivery date as they had not scheduled our event for delivery and assembly (which I had paid extra for). It took them 3 trips to deliver correct equipment and they took no responsibility for the problems. In fact, they threatened to disassemble equipment and take it back to the warehouse if I wouldn't sign a second contract on date of event (this contract was different from first contract I signed). They also coerced my 70 year old father into signing some document without my knowledge. Whatever you have to pay some other company is money well spent for peace of mind on date of your event.
