I would not give them a single star, to my schnauzer there they DO NOT know how to cut a schnauzer. My baby is butchered. I dropped her off at 9 am and finally picked her up after 6 pm. Horrible place.

I am not one to complain but this was the worst grooming experience my dog has ever had. Hot Dogs was highly recommended to me. From the first moment of walking through the door the staff was unprofessional. The lady at the desk greeted, then told my mom and I to hold on one second. She then decided to return her gramdsons call and wish him a happy birthday. Okay...cute. Then the entire time she was checking my dog in, she complained about the dogs barking, her headache, how many medications she was taking, this was her first day coming back from being sick, and so on. My dog was at the shop for 8 hours! I though well perhaps my phone number got lost in translation and they couldn't reach me. I called about 6 hours in and the lady seemed annoyed at this. I was told he was being but on the table to get cut as we speak. Wow 6 hours later huh... I asked for a general time and suggested 5pm? 5:30pm? 6pm? She replied with "I hope not 5 but we will call you." When I finally picked up my dog the cut looked great, he got a free nail trim, and I was pleased. It wasn't until I got him home that I noticed the terribly painful looking razor burn on his bottom and groin area. He has had that happen before but this was beyond any I had seen. We will not be returning.
