if I could rate it 0 stars I would. A member of my family has been without gas because the company took them off of automatic payment schedule and did not inform them. They ran out of gas and called for a refill and they sent out a technician who said the line was broken and that my sister needed to call a plunber to fix it. Plumber said there was nothing wrong. My sister called back and they still have not come out to fill her tank after another week of the last phone call. This is, by the way, during the coldest part of this winter. They have left them, during this time, with no gas to cook, no gas to heat the water to shower with, and no heat to warm the house. Very poor customer service! Do not go with this company if you do not have to. Sad part is they cannot call another company to fill the tank because Ferrell owns the tank.
