Extremely Impolite and Unprofessional

We talked to billy he said he would and could fix our a/c..which was a blessing from god because it's sooo hot outside!! my husband gets stuck at work and misses billy so he very rudely just denies us service!! No explanation nothing..so I definitely would not recommend using his services..I hope you don't do that to too many costumers..wouldn't want you to go out of business!!!
