I had my daughter's birthday party there last Saturday I paid 129.99...they didn't get to finish a game of bowling, there was only 1 light ball for kids when we started that I was told I had to find...we discovered a second behind the counter much later, there was only one push slide available which between that and the ball issue is why we could not finish a game. When we first walked in it took me 25mins to even find an employee. The people at the food area even said they weren't sure where he was. They had also placed the table for us in front on a pool table where kids from another party were playing and we had to move it to keep them from knocking our stuff over. Also I called 2 days before the party to confirm our reservation and ask about what I could bring. The only thing I was told was no ice cream. We brought cupcakes pizza and drinks. I was told we couldn't have anything but the cupcakes when we arrived so all that money went to waste. I called today and spoke with the manager who just said well you were supposed to get a flyer that stated no outside food. I did not and he refused to refund me at least for the money I wasted on pizza and drinks. Also come to find out that same bowling game would have only costed me around 30 so I spent 129.99 on a 30 dollar bowling game and a table with a tablecloth on it and a pink bowling pin and 4 balloons. That is ridiculous! I am very upset. I asked to speak with the owner I was told he is out of state and I asked for him to pass along my contact info and he said well if he checks in I'll give it to him but otherwise he won't be back for a few weeks...if this is customer service I am appalled. I didn't say anything when I cashed out Saturday to avoid causing a scene with all my guests there.

We recently took a group of 7 service dogs in training, along with their handlers, for a Sunday afternoon outing at Angleton Bowling Center. The staff was very accommodating and very enthusiastic about our group visiting their place of business. The rates are great and the atmosphere was fun. Just wish it was a totally smoke-free building. ;-)
