After many years of accepting low customer service we will take our business elsewhere. The final straw was when we picked up our clothes and got home we discovered someone else’s clothes and were charged $16 for them. We took them back the owner argued that we were not charged for them even though the ticket was clearly charged this was not the first time. After spending $150 monthly with them we’ll take our money elsewhere. Would not recommend them. Most employees very nice but the owner is rude and needs to take a business course.

Wouldn't give any stars but Had to rate with 1 star to submit.In the last few months I have had to send all my clothes back 2 times to get them cleaned and pressed properly. Well, this time the clothes went back 3 times and still were not right!! How is it possible to drop laundry off to be cleaned and pressed, go to pick it up and it looks like it's been cleaned but wrinkled up!? Oh, and then I find a shoe print on the sleeve of a shirt that has already been done once and it wasn't there now I go to pick it up the 2nd time and it's there! How did that happen!? Here's their reasoning..."Mrs. You must have done that before you brought it". Really!!? It never left the dry cleaners so I must have snuck in, found my shirt, threw it on the floor, stepped on it and put it back on the hanger! Most of the shirts look like they were starched, wadded up, then hung up! 3 times for 12 shirts...3 strikes YOU ARE OUT!

I took the grooms, groomsmens, and ring bearers shirts to be pressed. I tolled the Lady they have never been woren so they would not need to be dry cleaned but I would like to have them pressed. The lady watched as I took off the tags.

5-14-09 I go to pick them up. The lady showed me the ring bearer shirt it had a rip in it. she asked" u did not notice this" I tolled her they are brand new never been tried on yet!!!! she said that I would have to talk to the owner in the morning. I tolled the lady I have proof it was ordered on 4-29-09 and that it was delivered 5-08-09 it takes 5 to 9 bus days. now I only have 15 days to get this shirt !!!







5-15-09 I go in at 9am the owner has not made it in yet. I call at 10am the owner is not in. then the owner calls at 11:30 and tells me THAT I BROUGHT IN A RIPED SHIRT AND I DIDN'T NOTICE IT !!!! CRAZY !





ANY WAY I picked up the shirt laid it on the counter at ADA and toke some pics before I left. I will now have to reorder a new shirt and have it overnighted so there is not chance ADA cleaners will mess up my wedding!
