If I Could Put 0 Stars I Would. Its only 2 women who work here that have any skill in cutting hair and there is 0 customer service. After getting my hair cut and having problem after problem here and nowhere else for going on 3 yrs now today is my last day. For the 3rd time this month I've sat patiently for over a hour for the stylist who cuts my hair to leave as I'm next on the list. I leave RIDICULOUS tips and don't go anywhere else to get my haircut. They show absolutely no customer service, appreciation, or regard to their customers time (as they walk around and talk and eat after EVERY haircut), much less any type of customer loyalty. They have probably 10 stylists and only 2 that are even reasonably skilled. So take your chances. I can also post pics of multiple haircuts they wasted my time and money on
