Business failed to deliver correct product. Business was non-responsive to calls, emails and texts. When contact was finally made, business refused to fix order. Mistake in order was clearly their fault, based on written documentation.



Know several others first hand who also received incorrect orders and several others who did not receive orders promised for delivery within days/weeks, for months and in some cases did not receive order at all. Would not use this business again.

The people that run this company are thieves. I met the husband (Mona's husband) at a horse show in Franklin, TN. I had some items that I wanted to have monogrammed but didn't have with me at the show. He said it was absolutely fine to just mail the items to their address with instructions. I sent the items to them along with a note/instructions. I also emailed them to let them know the items were in route and to please call me with any questions. I never heard back from them. I then emailed and called several times over the next 6 weeks. I never heard a word back. I even pleaded for them to please just send the items back to me even without the embroidery. I never received anything back or an email or a phone call. These items included two canvas chair backs, a brand new Ariat jacket, two polo shirts, and an Ariat riding shirt. I consider these items stolen. I was so upset by the whole experience. Do not do business with this company.
