I operate a five generation business in Western MA. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service which include friendliness and helpful expertise. When I needed a part for a 2001 Toyota Avalon I found it and drove down to Andover Auto Parts. My expectations were far exceeded for what I thought would be a normal junkyard. It was ten minutes until they closed and I still received a friendly and very helpful attitude from a gentleman named Brandon and his staff. These people and the price of their parts were more than fair. I would highly recommend this better than average "Junkyard" to anyone!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! This place has the worst customer service!! I would not recommend anyone going here! One of the coworkers called my boyfriend a f***** and the owner did nothing about it except cuss my boyfriend out!! Not to mention they are the laziest people I've ever met. Don't bother and call them for a prices on anything. Because they jack up the price when you go to get it. Worst people I've ever met! No idea how they are still in business. Go to bills auto in Tolland for all your needs!!
