Contacted Waynes overhead door on June 11, 2013. Talked with their service manager and he said he would order the openers and would be able to installed on June 18th. I called on the 18th and the service manager said we had a misunderstanding about what I wanted. This was untrue. He said he would order the parts and it would be about 1 week. After 1 week he said the parts came in but they did not have the openers and didn't know when they would get some in. Contacted again on July 1,2013 and he said he would check and call me back. Never received a call back. Called again July 2,2013 and he said he hasn't heard back about the openers. Not once did I receive a call from this company. There was no concern on his part or the company. I felt that they did not want to do the job. If so they should have told me and I could have gotten someone else which I have already done and they will be installed next week.
