I asked an employee to direct me to after hours drop off box. I dropped it where they directed me. Five days later I went to pick up my film and was shocked to find out the price (I had dropped off a few rolls of film). I was charged for one hour processing. I attempted to explain the situation, that an employee directed me to the drop box and if I had wanted wanted one hour processing then I would have went during regular business hours and waited one hour and instead I dropped them off after hours and returned five days later.

The cashier was very rude to me, stating "Tough you should read where your putting it" and all the while I`m explaining that it was a walmart EMPLOYEE who told me to drop it there, and that while it was a lack of communication on both parts I didn`t feel that I should be punished, after all those were personal pictures of my family, one roll of who had passed on very recently and quite suddenly and unexpectedly.

I do not believe that it was right to expect me to pay the big disrepency, and I was told "Too bad".

I spoke, on my request, to a store manager, who eventually solved the problem and was actually quite nice. However, the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I don`t believe I will ever go to them again, for anything!
