We were scheduled for the first stop of the morning. They never called or kept us informed. I called them every hour. At 11 am they told me the workers were 'on site'. I was standing there. They weren't. Finally showed up at 11:30.

They did their work very professionally. But their communication and promptness sucked.

David was on time and did a wonderful job! David is a true professional! Rooter Rooter is the best plumbers from a national company.

We had an emergency situation & our regular plumber was swamped. He recommended Roto-Rooter. David Roper promptly arrived. He was friendly and knowledgeable and solved our issue. I would highly recommend David and Roto-Rooter of Anderson, SC. They have gained a new customer.

Matt was polite, helpful and easy to work with as we tried to locate and figure out our problem. He was very helpful in recommending a septic company once we realized our issue.

Chris and his guys always do a great job for us. We use them for drain cleaning and septic pumping at our home.

Matt and David were very professional and didn't make a mess! My hot water heater started leaking and they put in a new one. They did not put in the most expensive as I did my research. Great service.
