I've been a patient since January 2015. I like the doctors that I've seen at this office. However, they can't seem to keep them. I've seen 3 different prescription doctors and will see my 4th injection doctor at my next visit. The office staff are rude, unorganized, incompetent and extremely unprofessional. At one particular visit the receptionist was so rude, I asked to file a complaint against her. The office manager was there, but refused to see me. She gave the complaint form to the nurse instead of speaking to me personally. I was never notified by anyone after filing the complaint.

I went to pain management, after the Dr. gave me a narcotic prescription, which really messed me up, I wanted my original prescription back. After trying to get it, they dismissed me from their practice. I was in their office in January of 2015. They said nothing about owing them money. Now that they have dismissed me, they sent me an email saying I owe them 1400 dollars. I never got the proper care from this facility that they should have provided. I even had an x-ray done and they told me I would not even know the outcome until the next visit. The only thing these people want is your dollars. I have talked to ss about this matter and they told me pm didn't bill properly. I do not owe them anything. They are still trying to bill me 4-1-15.These people can't do their jobs properly.
