I recommend this salon to the old and young alike and with most places of business if you are not happy with their service they want to know. The staff here are very friendly and engaging with customers once they see you a few times. Many Vietnamese women are very shy but can be quite friendly

Here is an unhappy customer and I will NEVER go back again there,, the manager told me straight up is you fault for not stopping her and i cant do nothing for you, HELLOOOO!!! she is suppose to know what to do and then he ask me why didnt I stop her/?? I dont do nails and she was suppose to know what to do. Not coming again not recommended at all .

My boyfriend and I went to Happy Nails on Hwy 28 and they did a terrible job. We always go to the one on Libery and have been very please and have continued to go back on a regular basis. When we were finished with the store on 28, the pedicure and manicure was terrible. I tried to tell the girl, but acted like she didn't understand what I said. I called the Liberty St. store and asked to speak with the owner. I spoke with a guy named Tim that claimed to be the manager and he told me that the owner didn't want his name or phone # given out. Explained the situation to him and he told me to drive over to Hwy 28 and talk to Tammy and she would refund my money in a gift certificate and he would meet me there as he was on his way anyway. After driving 10 miles one way, I walked in and asked for Tammy. I was told by a lady that greeted me that there wasn't a Tammy. I explained to her why I was there and she said she had talked to Tim, but wouldn't give me a gift card. I asked her to call him, which she did. Of course, spoke in a different language so I couldn't understand them and I asked to speak with him. He told me that he would only give me $20.00. We paid $74.00. I told him that I wouldn't have drove over her for $20.00, since they were a lot further than their other store. I asked him why he told me he would give me a gift card for the full amount and now that I'm there he changed his mind. He said that was all he could do. I also told him that he told me to speak with Tammy and was told there was nobody there by that name, then the lady said yes there is, she is right there. I asked why I was lied too. I told him that I would show everyone in his salon my crappy pedicure and manicure and tell them to leave now if they hadn't paid. He said go ahead. Which I did.. I went to every customer showed them and told them they should leave if they hadn't paid yet and I went to the stores in the shopping plaza and showed them. They couldn't believe the job that was done. REMEMBER THIS IS FOR HAPPY NAILS, ONE LOCATED ON HWY 28 NEXT TO WALMART AND THE OTHER LOCATION ON LIBERTY HWY NEXT TO WALMART both located in Anderson. Don't pay unless you are totally satisfied. They even drew blood on one of my cuticles and chopped up the rest. Pay the extra, as they aren't cheap, and get it done by a professional..
