Provided by YP.comI have been without service for 6 days now. Can't get anyone to come out and restore service. We actually believed the TV commercials for "fast and reliable" service. I don't know when we will have the service we are paying for restored.

Provided by YP.comThis guys just don't care about their customers. I ordered service in September. After 4 'no shows' to install service they finally arrived on the 5th attempt. No supervisor or manager ever called to express concern or apologize for their terrible behavior. During the 5th install I found this 'high speed' service was less than 10% faster than my reliable AT&T DSL. Really….why would I ever change!
