If I could rate zero stars I would. Very unsatisfactory customer service. While trying to return an unopened item I turned out not to need, I was informed it was "against policy". A policy not posted anywhere including on my receipt which I had in hand. Upon the employee speaking to the owner on the phone I heard the owner say "I don't care what she wants". Not my idea of a way to treat customers.
