Very disappointed with my liner that they installed. Called several times to have someone correct the issues. He ordered the wrong size then refused to do anything about it. Liner still pulls away from the edges and I have to pay another company to come and stretch. Very poor customer service!! I definitely do not recommend!!!

You get what you pay for. Even though our pool did not leak we wanted to replace a very old liner. AJ was cheapest around. They did it quick and on time. The liner looked really good. However, after the pool was filled it started leaking about an inch a day of water. It took many days to get any action from AJ pools and after they confirmed that now the main drain under the pool leaked,they were done. Even though I was ok with plugging the main drain I had to do it myself and they refused to pay for the truck of water required to refill it. Evidently something happened under there while removing or replacing the liner and their response was, Oh Well, we contracted to replace the liner and and that's what we did. You now have 7 days to pay or else. Real nice guy. IF I my non leaking roof leaks after it is replaced I expect the roofer to make it right. This is the same. It only leaked AFTER they did their work. I am deeply disappointed that they took this confrontational position. My advice is to use someone reputable like Mermaid Pools and Spas.
